20 sie 2016 · Open Excel > Files > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View > Enable Protected View for file originating from the Internet. This option can be used when you understand the potential risk and still want to unblock all the files downloaded from untrusted Internet locations.
When you try to open a Excel workbook, PowerPoint presentation, or Word document on your mobile device, you might receive a message stating that the file is locked for editing by another user. Typically, you will be able to open the file as read-only, but you won’t be able to edit it.
I fixed the problem by pressing restarting my computer and "exiting Origin" - you can do this by finding the Origin button in the overhead menu and scrolling to the bottom and pressing "Exit". Hope this helps for you ;-)
From Origin 2015, you are allowed to re-import multiple sheets from Excel to Origin. During Excel re-importing, a link is maintained so that Origin is able to use up-to-date data. To re-import Excel files, go to Data: Re-Import Directly or use Ctrl+4 keys to re-import Excel sheets with same settings as before.

2 gru 2022 · Excel files are not recognized in Windows 11 which was preinstalled upgrade on new computer. How do I open these files? I keep getting asked what program to use - Note Pad etc.
