7 gru 2014 · Here is a quick workaround... Before you copy the table/data from Excel, make all the cells left justified/aligned. This will avoid spaces inserted at the front when you paste the data in PowerPoint or Outlook. After you finish copy-and-paste, go back to Excel and use "Undo" to restore back to the initial text align setting.

Copy the chart from Excel, then go to your slide and click on the little arrow under Paste Button under Home. Click on Paste Special, and select Paste Link. Click on Microsoft Excel Special Object and click okay.
Here are some basic troubleshooting steps I would try (in no particular order): recreate the chart from scratch and copy/paste the new one. if that doesn't change anything, create a new workbook, paste the values you're charting and recreate the chart from scratch, and test whether the problem still occurs.
