The NV Real Estate Division provides information and resources for real estate professionals and consumers in Nevada.
To educate brokers and sales managers in the Real Estate Division complaint and hearing process. To review the most common complaints that are filed with the Division so that brokers and managers are aware of them and learn how to prevent them in daily practice.
You may hand deliver or mail your completed complaint form and attachments to the Compliance Section at the Nevada Real Estate Division. Note: A notary is available at no charge. Please call first if you will require this service.
Many ethics complaints result from misunderstanding or a failure in communication. Before filing an ethics complaint, make reasonable efforts to communicate with your real estate professional or a principal broker in the firm.
