Alwyn C. Cashe State Veterans’ Nursing Home in Orlando – The Alwyn C. Cashe State Veterans’ Nursing Home in Orlando (Orange County) is a 112-bed facility that offers skilled nursing care to eligible veterans. The veterans’ home features a 32-bed memory care neighborhood.
Forms. The following form needs to be filed with an application for Combat-Related Tax Discount, Combat-Related Discount Tax Letter Request Form
All documents required by the home must be completed before the application can be processed. These documents include VA, Financial and Medical. The completed application will be reviewed by our admission team. Whether your application is approved or disapproved, you will be notified by telephone or mail.
Orlando Veterans’ Memorial Park is located on just over 4 acres of land on the north shore of Lake Baldwin at the border of the cities of Orlando and Winter Park. The park was created in honor of our military veterans and their contribution to the citizens of the United States.
