Zed means “no-cost fare” so they either work for another airline or are a companion/spouse of an airline employee and are using their flight benefits to travel on Southwest. Some airlines enforce a dress code for travelers that are flying on benefits, United especially.
The Signature dress may be worn with the front zipper either zipped or unzipped. Length of any dress, skirt, or shorts cannot exceed 2 inches above or 2 inches below the middle of the kneecap when in movement.
