Table I provides examples of the ways in which psychological distance has been varied in previous research.
In this paper, we have discussed the relationship between construal and four dimensions of psychological distance: temporal distance, spatial distance, social distance, and hypotheticality. Each of these dimensions is highly relevant to the psychology of consumer decision-making.
