I am interested in a piece of property for which I have a plat map description, giving what seem to be latitudes/longitudes of lines along the boundaries (not sure about this). The objective is to locate the corners of the rectangular parcel.

29 maj 2015 · In case it helps, there's another free online tool for deed plotting at underhill.ca/map_check.php. It allows you to enter curve data via the "in" and "out" radial lines, derivable from the metes in your description via simple addition/subtraction.
