11 maj 2018 · Pay Your Property Tax. Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ) is advising all property owners that there is still time to make their Property Tax payments for the 2018/19 fiscal year without penalties being applied, as is provided for in the law.
Property tax is a charge levied on both residential and commercial properties in Jamaica that are listed on the Valuation Roll. Property Tax is payable by all persons in possession of land; such a person is defined by the Property Tax Act as the owner, occupier, mortgagee in possession or other person in actual possession of such property.

This Property Tax Online Query facility allows you to view your property tax obligations, payments and outstanding amounts over seven years. After viewing, you may proceed to make payments by logging on to the TAJ Portal. You may also generate and print your Payment Advice for payment at any Tax Office.
