Dishonest Airline. Norse Airline is dishonest and out to rob you. They changed the carry on dimension and reduced the size to get you to pay higher amount during check-in. We saw atleat 10 people complaining about the same issue at the check-in counter. They charged €80 for a standard underseat bag.

28 lis 2023 · My biggest issue with Norse is Norse not having customer service reachable by phone. Even if you go to the airport to speak to staff they only show up to check passengers in at the counters maybe an hour before they have to without making you miss your flight.
Regarding reaching Norse customer support I just sent them questions on Facebook messenger and they responded pretty quickly.
Norse Atlantic's purported lack of a reachable phone number and failure to provide any acknowledgment of our claim is concerning. Additionally, the absence of a claim number or receipt further compounds our frustration.
This is my first low-cost Transatlantic flight, and I was unfortunate enough to have chosen Norse Atlantic Airways. These people are thiefs, and their staff doesn't seem to have ANY idea about customer support.
Terrible customer service. I flew with Norse in December and encountered an issue on my flight. As a budget airline, I did not have incredibly high expectations about the service I would have received. After filing a complaint following the flight, I never received a reply. Avoid this airline.
