  1. 19 gru 2005 · You’ll be screaming doing 70 with 5.29’s and 35” tires. I’d bet almost 3,700 rpms. 4.56 gears should get you closer to the same performance as the stock 4.10s and OEM tire size. Maybe 4.88’s if you live or are always driving in a mountainous area.

  5. 7 cze 2005 · There are plenty of people running 5.29’s without any problems. Another option is to regear the transfer case with 10% high range underdrive and 25% low range gear reduction. The 10% high range give the same gearing as 4.56’s in the diffs, which is good for 35’s.

  6. 5 kwi 2007 · if you want to ever run a tire smaller than a 35 inch then 5.29s are way to much gear for you. 4.88's would be great with the 33s and really good with 35s, however 5.29s are great with 35s and will be really good with 37 on up! 2000 UZJ100, the comfy Cruiser. 2008 Jeep Wrangler.   7. 17 mar 2022 · For what it’s worth, Nitro recommended 4.88s on my rig w/ 33s and bumpers/full armor. They did say if I ever had plans to go to 35’s are larger than go with 5.29s. I’m happy with 4.88s, no complaints and I wheel all the time
