Reckless store employee. Bought a pair of shoes, was walking out of the store and a store employee kicked a football right into the shopping bag and sprained my husbands wrist. It hit him so hard that the bag fell out of his hand and flew across the floor. And the employee just smiled casually and got back to more football kicking.
