Can I book ferry lines online but get my tickets from an agency? Yes, this is possible. Once you have chosen among our ferry itineraries the one that suits you and made your reservation, you will have to web-check in with your booking code - and your last name to receive your ferry tickets via email.
How to request a change or cancellation of a ticket. Requests for cancellation or modification must be made in writing only by sending an e-mail to minoan@minoan.it or a fax to +39 071 201933. If the booking was made at a travel agency, the request must be made directly through the agency itself.
Fill in the Booking Number and Surname of one of the passengers and proceed to the next step. Tickets can be turned to open date only two times. Make sure you read the info about open tickets before you proceed here.
In the confirmation of your booking, we provide a link where you can check-in online between 48h and 2h before departure. When completing the Web check-in process, an electronic ticket with a QR code is sent to you and you can either print it out or save it on a phone/tablet.
