If you want to have any impact here, you should complain to your *A "home" airline. Your profile lists your OW status, but nothing for *A, so impossible to tell what carrier that is. If you were entitled to access and were not, it is your "home" carrier which can raise an effective complaint to SQ.
27 maj 2019 · As to customer service, I sent an email complaint to them regarding an erroneous fare calculation. After a few weeks I got a message from them asking how satisfied I was with the complaint resolution; the absurd thing was that I actually never heard from them on the actual complaint!?!
