The loyalty reward program s*cks. The loyalty reward program, Miles & More, is the absolute worst! As a frequent flyer, I can confidently say that no other loyalty service compares to its level of disappointment.
Miles and More is a scam. This program is a bonus and huge business for Lufthansa but certainly not the customer. I’ve got hundreds of thousands of miles I can never redeem.
