Two-factor authentication is a security process that protects your Miles & More account against unauthorised access. It comprises a two-step security mechanism. In the first step, you enter your personal login details to log in to Miles & More.
Step 1: log in to your Miles & More account. Step 2: in your account, go to “Profile” and click on “Personal information”. Step 3: click on “Change mobile phone number”. Step 4: you’ll now be asked to verify your identity using two-factor authentication. Step 5: request a code.
