Miles are calculated according to the airfare for tickets beginning with the numbers 220 (Lufthansa), 724 (SWISS), 257 (Austrian Airlines), 082 (Brussels Airlines) or 101 (Air Dolomiti), or for tickets issued by Eurowings. For ticket numbers other than those specified above, miles are calculated according to the distance flown and booking class.

Miles and More is a Complete Scam. Miles and More is a complete scam. Do not waste your time trying to credit your account with miles. I have lost count of the number of legitimate journeys made with Swiss or another member airline for which the credit has been refused. They refuse their own scanned boarding cards.
