At Maxis, our apps (Maxis app, Hotlink app), self-serve portals (Maxis Care. and Hotlink Self Serve Portal) and our retail outlets accept payment by any Visa or Master; credit or debit cards issued by local banks. The cards issued by foreign banks are not supported.
Once you sign up and key in your chosen credit card details, you can use your Maxis Pay log-in credentials to easily pay your Maxis bill or the bills of your family members on Maxis. Soon, you'll also be able to top-up your Hotlink account.
24 mar 2023 · The ePay service allows you to pay your phone bill with cash or credit card at participating merchants. To use the ePay service, simply look for the ePay logo at the merchant's location and follow the instructions to make the payment.
