I flew through Logan a couple weeks ago on a 5:45am flight (so boarding at 5:15). We got to the airport around 3:15. We had checked in online in advance and had one bag to check; we were able to do so at a self-service kiosk (jetblue). We then went through security and were waiting by our gate by 4:30.
