4 years ago. Our company does many flight reservations. We encountered an issue with the online flight booking company Kiwi.com. They sent us an email stating that our flight was cancelled. They gave of us the option of rebooking our flight and paying for two flights, or applying for a refund.
Typing Kiwi into the forums search box on the main TripAdvisor forums homepage also brings up thousands of complaints and warnings. It’s good you thought about checking on Kiwi before booking, but your methods were definitely inadequate if you couldn’t find anything.
