KAYAK IS A SCAM! I purchased a flight I found on KAYAK. When I purchased KAYAK directed me to a "partner company" called Chatdeal. On May 31st, 2024 I received an email notification that British Airways CANCELLED my flight. I was scheduled to depart to Berlin on June 1st, 2024.
28 cze 2024 · Kayaks' web page will waste lot of your time, and then you find out, that the price is higher than if you book the flights on your own directly with airlines. So who need them?

I've booked through kayak and had a few problems with Airlines cancelling flights. BUT Felipe - one of their customer care people ( Chatdeal?) has been brilliant - I would give him personally 5 * . He was calm , reassuring and more importantly he got the changes required done!
Complicated Trip made possible by Kayak. We were trying to put together quite a complicated trip, 3 countries, 8 flights, with some gaps - so not a full round trip, and a preference for a specific airline on some of it. Just couldn't price it on the airlines own website.
22 sie 2023 · It sounds like cheating, but these fares are legit. They usually occur when Kayak finds a great deal on a round-trip flight by utilizing multiple airlines.
