Kayak allows a range of known scam travel agents to sell flights through their website and app. It is impossible to ascertain which are real companies and which are the scam artists - these are known scam travel agents selling today through Kayak: Trading names: CallForUmrah. Clickaholiday. Getacruise. Getaflight.
KAYAK IS A SCAM. Kayak would put some really cheap flight information to lure you to their websites. But when you try to book these flights, it will tell you that "Something went wrong." and give you something much higher than their original price. Carefully read your flight details before booking! Fraud can be presented by emails under fake KAYAK accounts. Before engaging with emails, confirm they were sent by KAYAK’s official account. Do your research.
FLAT OUT SCAM. Long story short guys, kayak is just a platform. The people actually responsible for booking and customer service is a company called Chat deal and they stole $3500 from my family. They have one star reviews across the board on every site, including the BBB.
