This past Saturday night at 2AM EST I got an alert that there was a charge on my debit card from JetBlue. I immediately checked my email and saw that a new refundable flight was purchased under Jet Blue to my name and the confirmation was sent to my personal email.
Either they were ripped off by someone who promised they could get them cheaper flights, or they absolutely knew the risk of just hoping I wouldn't catch on in time. Heads up that JetBlue is having an issue with accounts being hacked -- make sure your two-step authentication is turned on.

All the fares allow you to cancel and get a full refund if is under the DOT rule or if the flight was disrupted if it was a legit JetBlue mishandling of the call, reach out again. If the charge was not from jetblue you’ll have to dispute the charge with the credit card company.
