The perpetrators behind this scheme have crafted the message with the intention of deceiving recipients into divulging sensitive personal information.
The web page mentions that your parcel is at the depo and to deliver it to you will try to collect your payment details so you can send equivalent of 5 EUR, but they'll straight up rob you. The domain was registered just a few months ago with GoDaddy, and the phone number originates in Burkina Faso.
