Customer service sucks. They never contact you back. Never did get my money back on the sidekick generator. This company claims to be a “all American” company, if fact, they care less about the people than the GVT does.

22 reviews. 8 helpful votes. Be aware of scam. 16 years ago. Tourism just put out a warning of a scam ,where people are contacted that they won a free Cruise, Hotel stay or Airline tickets. When you answer them they ask for a credit card for " taxes" , but you never receive a price.
