You can redeem online using the Credit Card Peso Rewards Online Redemption Form or you may contact the BDO Customer Contact Center at (+632) 8631-8000 to submit your redemption request.
A Principal Cardholder who does not have a BDO Rewards Card and wishes to be issued one can request through the BDO Rewards Call Center. The Principal Cardholder will be required to redeem a minimum 100 Credit Card Peso Points for the BDO Rewards Card issuance.
