PCI compliance is required by all merchants who accept credit cards. Consider it a free risk assessment of your network and office policies. Know that the 2nd year is easier as it stores previously entered information.
Go to Manage > Users > Billing Tab. Billing sends an email to all users selected. In the email will include their flight history, payments, and charges. If you accept credit cards a link will be included for them to pay online.

Some cards (or to be precise, their issuing banks) go a step further. It's possible for the chip to actually create a cryptographic approval of a given transaction directly. This usually includes card authentication and, if applicable, PIN verification, as explained above.
