I’m being told I should be booking out 11 months though. Doesn’t seem accurate to me but I thought I’d ask because it seems like there are a TON of options available… Pages and pages of available flights on different carriers.
There's really no reliable way to predict airline ticket prices, but in general I've found booking a few months out usually gives you a pretty good price. It's highly dependent on the airline and the exact route, though, and how much demand there is for that flight.
I want to start booking but don't want the constant discouragement and hassle of canceling, then reboooking them because of various restrictions and safety. I'm currently thinking booking travel for June 2021 would be reasonable.
I've done some research into this already and have read the Scott's article suggesting 4-10 months to be ideal for booking internationally for peak times. However I wasn't really sure when the best time would be to look at getting tickets.
