9 hours ago. Hopper is a scam. I elected the option to pay $19 per room per day for breakfast. Then when I arrived at the hotel staff never heard of it. After 3 phone calls to a variety of unintelligible (although courteous) support reps, they basically just said too bad.
This company is a scam! As I told the lady that barely could speak English, I already scheduled a reservation, if it doesn’t go as planned, I will be filing a suit. This is ridiculous!
19 lis 2023 · I don’t doubt their support is terrible & that they could fall on their sword despite their success in various areas. They are not an unknown travel app, quite the contrary, if you google their booking & download stats, their financial backers and their airline customers.
A big company like Hopper won’t accept scam offers in their app and let those scam hotels cheat on your customers. When I saw the offer on the app it shows a 5 star hotel with pictures of the room that looks reasonable.

19 lis 2023 · Has anyone else had issues with the Hopper.com Travel? Can't get a refund for a service they didn't provid. Paid for a hotel via Hopper but the hotel never received the payment. Is it a SCAM? Can't get through to Support and it just puts you in a referral loop.
