Hopper is a scam. I elected the option to pay $19 per room per day for breakfast. Then when I arrived at the hotel staff never heard of it. After 3 phone calls to a variety of unintelligible (although courteous) support reps, they basically just said too bad.
Extremely bad experience with hopper. They booked my 24 hour international travel ticket with multiple airlines without code share and ended up suffering for flight delays and extra baggage fee due to difference in airline policies. It would have never happened if done using code share partners.
19 lis 2023 · They are not a scam but that doesn’t mean things can’t or don’t go wrong and when they do, that they don’t handle the situation correctly. I don’t doubt their support is terrible & that they could fall on their sword despite their success in various areas.
