Hopper is a scam. I elected the option to pay $19 per room per day for breakfast. Then when I arrived at the hotel staff never heard of it. After 3 phone calls to a variety of unintelligible (although courteous) support reps, they basically just said too bad.
Extremely bad experience with hopper. They booked my 24 hour international travel ticket with multiple airlines without code share and ended up suffering for flight delays and extra baggage fee due to difference in airline policies. It would have never happened if done using code share partners.

Beware when using for car rentals. I have enjoyed using hopper for flights but I recently used it to book a car rental. I was charged $90 in taxes and fees through Hopper in addition to the other charges. When I picked up my Budget car rental I was again charged for taxes and fees.
1 lis 2023 · Has anyone else had issues with the Hopper.com Travel? Can't get a refund for a service they didn't provid. Paid for a hotel via Hopper but the hotel never received the payment. Is it a SCAM? Can't get through to Support and it just puts you in a referral loop.
