Hi Mike, I run into several problems comparing (subtracking) gridded elevations data: I have 2 similar 10 cm grid files: When I use combine - compare terrain layers the resulting file is not correct: the grid cells are different (base grid is clamped to meters grid and are both OK)
I use this procedure to compare DEM elevation data with field GPS values. Open the options dialog for your point data file. On the tab "Feature Types/Labels/Elevations" look at the option "Get 'Elevations' From Attribute Value".
