  4. 8 paź 2010 · Just finished installing a 2005 450R swingarm on my 1994 300EX frame. Slid into my frame perfectly. Had to use the 300EX bolt, since the rear brake pedal installs on it. Also, used the pivot spacer (tube) for the 300EX, since it is the correct length, and the inside diameter of it is the right size for the bolt.

I read some where on this forum that fullflight a-arms are very squeaky, has anyone else had this problem? 2.With standard +2 a-arms do I need longer brake cables? Or anything else for that matter? 3.

  7. 27 mar 2011 · Good thing about the Full Flights is that they make them with the necessary mods to mount the 450 shocks so all you have to do is notch the upper mount on the frame I believe. Edited March 28, 2011 by bigblockbanshee
