Fukuoka (Nhật: 福岡県 (Phúc Cương Huyện), Hepburn: Fukuoka-ken?) là một tỉnh của Nhật Bản, nằm ở phía Bắc của vùng Kyushu trên đảo Kyushu. Trung tâm hành chính là thành phố Fukuoka.
Thành phố Fukuoka (福岡市 (Phúc Cương thị), Fukuoka-shi?) là trung tâm hành chính của tỉnh Fukuoka, ở Kyushu, phía nam Nhật Bản. Fukuoka cùng với Kitakyushu (cũng thuộc tỉnh Fukuoka) còn là đô thị quốc gia của Nhật Bản ở Kyushu. Fukuoka nằm ở tọa độ 33°35' Bắc 130°24′ Đông.
