The Tukey HSD test is a post-test that test the pairwise difference in the means of the groups. In the plot, for each pair of groups, we have the 95% Confidence Level range of difference in means, represented by a horizontal black line.
This free online software (calculator) computes the Two-Way ANOVA, Levene's Test for Equality of Variances, and Tukey's HSD (Honestly Significant Difference) Test. This R module is used in Workshop 9 of the PY2224 statistics course at Aston University, UK.
One-way ANOVA calculator includes the Tukey HSD test. Calculates the effect size and checks the assumptions: normality, equality of variances, test power.
Two-way ANOVA Calculator. If you want to calculate a two-way ANOVA (two-factor ANOVA), simply select one metric variable and two nominal variables. The results of the calculated two-factor analysis of variance are then clearly presented.
This self-contained calculator, with flexibility to vary the number of treatments (columns) to be compared, starts with one-way ANOVA. If ANOVA indicates statistical significance, this calculator automatically performs pairwise post-hoc Tukey HSD, Scheffé, Bonferroni and Holm multiple comparison of all treatments (columns).
To calculate a two-way ANOVA online, simply select one metric variable and two nominal variables! A two-way ANOVA will then be calculated automatically. The results of the 2-way ANOVA are then clearly presented.
