18 kwi 2024 · This came through the messaging system on the Expedia App (Message notification was sent to me via text and email from Expedia). Instructions were to enter all CC info (for pre authorization to confirm my booking) and then send over authorization code from the CC company.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to change the email address on my account by myself (I would have to call Expedia and talk to a representative) but instead found a way to get the confirmation email to my real email address.

That's just expedia being lame. but it looks similar to emails I've received. make an account with the airline and double check with them would be my advice. then take advantage of their option to cancel with a full refund and book directly with the airline.
