Seats in Premium Economy Class, as well as Preferred and Standard seats in Economy Class can be changed for free within 48 hours prior to flight departure during online/mobile check-in. The EVA Air official website and EVA Mobile App only support Extra Legroom Seat changes within the same seat zone up to 48 hours before flight departure.
