Given the text, I assume the intention is to make it easier to transfer the most secure, end-to-end encrypted data from iCloud.*.

I get a notification ( screenshot) from MacOS every few days asking me to enter my device password to continue using iCloud. If I enter the correct password, everything works for a few days before it prompts me again.
