Don't use them! They booked me three tickets worth a total of $6,000 in 2020. The flights were cancelled due to COVID and Sky-Tours refused to rebook. I recently applied for a refund from Emirates Airlines who was the ticket issuer and is now refunding tickets issued through travel agents.
8 sie 2022 · We had almost an hour to wander around the terminal before boarding, unfortunately the only lounge for domestic flights closes at 4pm. The flight boarded in an organized manner. The seats weren't that comfortable, but fine for a short flight.
We tried calling Sky-tours and none of their numbers were in service and their online chat was unavailable. I ended up having to purchase expensive last-minute tickets in order to catch our next flight .
I'm going through the same issue and I hold TripAdvisor, Skyscanner and any business allowing Sky Tours to sell flights responsible too! I bought a ticket to leave on September 6 from Bali for Cancun.

Ticket could never be confirmed. Sky-Tours could never book the flights, which I originally purchased even after asking additional payment to confirm my reservation. I need some evidence right away that Sky-Tours has already refunded my money for my reservation # 7403411.
