I have a solution that worked for me. I went on Date & Time settings and set my time zone to Coordinated Universal Time. It automaticly detects you'r time zone. Then i went to discord and pressed Ctrl + r. And then it worked for me and i hope it will work for you!
I've tried to change the time in the boot menu but still does not work with the applications like discord. I've tried every guide I could find but they all suggest synchronising the internet time server would work (which it doesn't).

My Windows machine has the correct datetime settings. Everything is set on "Automatically" and the time server is synced. I looked into Discord app settings and I found no setting to change or apply datetime.
