Dr. Davis A. Young. His first book Creation and the Flood appeared in 1977, and is largely an attempt to discredit "flood geology" as presented by Whitcomb and Morris in 1961, in The Genesis Flood. Young's efforts have continued with the publication of articles in Eternity and Christianity Today.
