With the huge 3 story Chapters stores springing up everywhere and choking out the smaller bookstores, this Coles is one of my favourite places. Yes I know it is owned by Chapters Indigo, but this small store has attentive and knowledgeable staff - they seem more like the quality you would find at a small privately run bookstore.
