The Water Billing Department is located just inside the rear entrance of City Hall where customer service staff await to provide courteous service and assist you with questions on billing, water/sewer rates, account history and balances.
Water. Our Department performs all maintenance on the water transmission system on public property (utility lines on private property are maintained by the property owner). This system consists of approximately 45 miles of water mains, approximately 650 valves and approximately 620 fire hydrants.
