GETTING A BIRTH OR DEATH CERTIFICATE . Birth Certificates . The Bureau of Vital Statistics issues certificates for births that occurred in Ohio from December 20th, 1908 – present. For births outside the State of Ohio, please contact the state in which the event occurred.
22 lut 2024 · Currently birth certificates 1906 through 1917 and death certificates, 1906 through 1972 are available at the Pennsylvania State Archives. If you walk into the archives the certificates are only 50 cents per certificate.
