The Citi Retirement Savings Plan (Plan) enables you to plan for retirement and supports you in achieving your savings goals. Eligibility. In general, you are eligible* to begin contributing on your first day at Citi. If you do not make an election, Citi will automatically enroll you in the Plan at a 6% savings rate on a before-tax basis.
If you want a paper copy of the Plan document, please contact the Plan (see “How to Contact the Plan” on page 1). The Plan is subject to the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended, (“ERISA”) and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”).
