I go on Google flights in incognito then click “Explore” and select “1 week trip” in “the next 6 months”. Then you can click on the map view and look around to see the cheapest flights for any city.

Sorta depends upon where in Canada you are, but I have found the cheapest Europe flights (from SFO) to be into Lisbon. Once there, a flight just about anywhere is US$100.
