My experience has led me to beleive Travel Guard (AIG) designs their policies to fail their customers. I echo the previous posts who feel it's a scam, cash grab and an untrustworthy company. I think you should go elsewhere for travel insurance. I think this company sells cheap insurance to lure you in and then doesn't deliver in your time of need.
