The quickest way to claim your expenses is online. You will need: The names of all passengers that you are claiming for. Details of all the delayed or cancelled flights in your journey. Details of your expenses. Receipts and other documents in support of your claim.
To upgrade an existing booking: Log in to Manage My Booking on the British Airways website, select your flight and choose ‘Upgrade this flight with Avios’ to see if your flight can be upgraded. To upgrade a new flight as you book: Use our ‘ book and upgrade ’ form to search for availability and make your booking.
