5 cze 2024 · BBB Scam Tracker has received multiple reports of scammers creating fake airline ticket booking sites or customer service numbers to charge travelers for rescheduling fake flights.
The law guarantees that when certain conditions are met, all airlines must offer refunds, compensations, free ticket changes, etc. Allegiant Air does not give refunds or credit for cancelation and changes within seven days of the scheduled departure unless you purchased a Trip Flex ticket.
You can receive a full refund of your ticket purchase if you cancel online or notify us within 24 hours of your purchase, provided the scheduled time of departure was at least one week (168 hours) away at time of booking. After 24 hours, tickets purchased are non-refundable.
