19 sie 2023 · American Airlines Contact Tracing Form. I had a email from American Airlines today. I fly to NYC on Monday. The email asked me to complete a contact tracing form, which I have done but I’m having some issue with it.
All visa-exempt foreign travelers who fly to, or transit through Canada now need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). The authorization is electronically linked to the traveler’s passport and is valid for 5 years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first.
The contact tracing form can be found here. You should submit the form within 72 hours of your return to the United States, but I believe you can do it beforehand, and the system will transmit the data to the CDC accordingly.

I’ll soon be flying from Canada to the US for a cruise, but I’m unsure how to fill out the ‘contact tracing’ part. I don’t have a US address and i’ll be sailing from Boston to Puerto Rico (so no hotel ill be staying at). Do i just click, ‘connecting through US’?
