19 sie 2023 · I had a email from American Airlines today. I fly to NYC on Monday. The email asked me to complete a contact tracing form, which I have done but I’m having some issue with it. Each time I input my details and submit it tells me there’s an error on the form, but doesn’t specify where. I have tried EVERYTHING and I still getting the same issue.

8 lis 2021 · Within 72 hours before their flight to the United States departs, passengers are required to provide the following information, to the extent it exists: full name (as it appears on their passport), address while in the United States, primary contact phone number, secondary or emergency contact phone number, and email address.
Under United States federal law, the applicable portion of the attestation must be completed for each passenger ages 2 years or older and the attestation must be provided to the airline or aircraft operator prior to boarding a flight to the United States from a foreign country.
